De aanslagen in Parijs schudden op 13 november Europa op z'n voetstukken. Wederom werd iedereen eraan herinnerd dat een dergelijke aanslag ook in Nederland kan gebeuren, en dat honderd procent veiligheid niet te garanderen is. Hoewel het tegengaan van terrorisme een complexe zaak is, waagt terrorisme-expert Bibi van Ginkel toch een poging aan alle nuances recht te doen.
