Historian and PhD candidate in modern history

Adam Dargiewicz is a historian and PhD candidate in modern history at the University of Münster. He is a graduate of Utrecht University, History Department.

Currently, Adam is working towards a dissertation concerning conceptual genealogies of the geopolitical vocabulary, such as the idea of 'buffer state'. In his research, he focuses on international history and contemporary foreign policy in Central-Eastern Europe as well as issues related to civic space and political ideologies. Adam comes from Warsaw, Poland.
