Russia’s demands for a new security architecture in Europe, is not clear to me. Does this mean that the EU will have to submit its foreign, Security and defence issues with Russia first, and to accomodate Russia’s wishes that part of the EU ( the Baltic States, Poland, and Eastern-Europe at large) should be handed (back) over to Russia ?
