Tom de Groot was an interim junior editor at the Clingendael Spectator early 2020. Before finishing his Master's in International Relations: Global Order in Historical Perspective at Leiden University, he concluded his Bachelor's in International Studies with a thesis on the increase of drone warfare during the first term of the Obama administration.
