Alexander Sorg is a postdoctoral researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the Hertie School. His research interests include citizens' willingness to fight, survey experiments, and nuclear weapons. Alexander has published in International Studies Quarterly, NATO Defense College Research Papers, and contributed opinion pieces to War on the Rocks as well as German and Dutch newspapers.
