Piet de Klerk is a former Dutch diplomat who worked in several periods on arms control issues. He was also Human Rights Ambassador, ambassador in Jordan, sherpa for the Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague and Special Counterterrorism Envoy. He teaches in Leiden on Weapons of Mass Destruction.
